AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSON
            We, JANE J. MONTOJO and HAYDEE R. GUEVARA, both of
legal age, Filipino citizens and with residence and postal address at Canelar
and Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, Philippines, respectively after having
been duly sworn and oath in accordance with law hereby voluntarily
depose and say:

1. That we know personally MARIANNE C. DEQUITO who was

born on February 8, 1978 at Zamboanga City, Philippines;

2. That we know for a fact that MARIANNE C. DEQUITO who’s

date of birth as appearing in her PHILHEALTH Identification Card
which is February 8, 1978 and MARIANNE C. DEQUITO  who’s
date of birth as appearing in her Certificate Marriage which is
February 17, 1978 are one and the same person;

3. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person

within the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity,
nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

forgoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may
serve.
