1. How do curriculum workers implement curriculum?

- Curriculum is developed by curriculum developers based on the country, system,


and model. Teachers are crucial contributors to the growth process. The
curriculum is a set of pre-determined goals that students of various ages must
achieve. This establishes the "norm" set of skills that students must master.
Teachers have an important role in the delivery of subject matter across the
whole curriculum. The more innovative they are, the more likely pupils will grasp
(rather than simply memorize), resulting in greater success for the established
program.

- Each curriculum worker plays a unique role in curriculum implementation. The


teachers create a lesson plan that includes simulations, experiments, case
studies and activities to deliver curriculum. This hands-on method combines
curriculum with real-world experiences to immerse pupils in learning. The
principals ensure that all teaching staff is aware of the new curriculum
modifications and has received appropriate training. In addition, the current
principal must gain a thorough understanding of the new curriculum. The role of
the curriculum consultant is to assist teachers in developing and improving their
lesson plans. They usually collaborate with an entire school to assist them
create, develop, and implement an effective curriculum across the board. District

to school heads and teachers/facilitators of schools and learning centers in the
