Peru is a country with a rich history, culture, and gastronomy, full of impressive and unique
places, which makes it an attractive tourist destination for visitors from all over the world. In

dance of Peru. Originally from the country's north

coast, this dance is performed in pairs with white

Huayno: The huayno is a traditional dance of the

Peruvian Andes thats danced in couples or

groups. Itis a happy and energetic dance that is

accompanied by instruments such as the quena,

the charango, and the guitar.

Peruvian gastronomy is recognized worldwide for its great variety and exquisite flavors and

textures, being one of the most important and diverse in Latin America. These are some of the

most important foods in Peru:

Ceviche: Itis one of the most emblematic

dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, made with

raw fish marinated in lemon, chil, onion,

corn, and sweet potato.

Ají de gallina: This dish consists of a yellow

chili sauce, milk, and bread, accompanied

by shredded chicken, boiled potatoes, and

rice.

Lomo saltado: It is a dish that combines

beef, onion, tomato, French fries, and

rice, sautéed in soy sauce and vinegar.

Anticuchos: They are beef heart

skewers marinated in panca peppers

and spices, which are roasted on a grill
