DECLARATION BY THE TRAINEES

I_Vinit Singh Registration No _267343 hereby undertake the following:

1. 1 will do training from 08-08-2023 to __ 29-08-2023 at_ WORKSHOP BASIC TRAINING

CENTRE, JU C&W WORKSHOP, NWR and attend the training
regularly.

2. lam not entitled to any remuneration in the form of stipend, salary of allowance
and not entitled to any pass or PTO of any kind by the WORKSHOP BASIC
TRAINING CENTRE, JU C&W WORKSHOP, NWR.

3. Iam able to compensate to the Institute for any loss or damage to equipment and
fittings that maybe caused during the course of Training.

4. | would not be treated as employee of IR and will not be entitled to any

compensation for any accident/causality to me or my property etc during training
and will not claim for employment in Indian Railways.

5. lagree to be under the administrative control and discipline of the WORKSHOP

BASIC TRAINING CENTRE, JU C&W WORKSHOP, NWR during training.

6. |will arrange to use safety equipments like safety helmet, shoes and lab coat
(for ladies) during training myself.

7. When | will enter in Institute premises, | will follow the all rules and bylaws
of Training Centre and instructions given to me by instructors/training in-charge.

8. As a RKVY trainee, | will not harm the Institute properties.

9. | will never interrupt the workshop working by gathering with other trainees.

10. This is well known to me that my training can be postpone/prepone/curtail or

cancel on any time by the Institute administration.

11. [will follow COVID-19 containment rules and all the guidelines issued by
MoHFW / District administration.
