Chaand Aur Roza

Roza kab rakhein:


Hazrat Abu Hurayrah ؓ se riwayat hai ke Rasool-Allah ‫ ﷺ‬ne
farmaya: “Chaand dekh kar roza rakho aur chaand dekh kar
iftaar karo (yaani eid karo) phir agar chaand tum par
mushtabah(suspect) ho jaye to Shabaan tees(30) din ka
shumaar karo.

Shak wale din Roza rakhne ki mukhtalif sooratein:


• Shak wale din Ramzan ke farz roze ki niyat se roza rakhna
makrooh-e-tahreemi(gunah) hai.
• Shak wale din is niyat ke sath roza rakhna ke Agar Ramzan hua
to Ramzan ka roza aur agar nahin to nafli roza to yeh roza bhi
makrooh hai.
• Shak wale din agar koi sirf Shabaan ke nafli rozay ki niyat se
roza rakhe to yeh makrooh nahin.

Youm-e-Shak ka Roza rakhne ke related Ahadees aur Aasaar


• Sila farmate hain ke Hazrat Ammaar bin Yasir ؓ se riwayat hai ke
jis ne Youm-e-Shak (shak wale din) ka roza rakha, us ne Abul
Qasim (yaani Huzoor ‫ )ﷺ‬ki na-farmaani ki.

Note: Imam Tirmizi ne is hadees ko Hasan Sahih
farmaya hai.
• Qais bin Talq ؓ apne walid se naql farmatey hain ke mainey ek
aadmi ko suna jo Nabi-e-kareem ‫ ﷺ‬se shak wale din ke baare
mein suwal kar raha tha ke kuch un mein se kehte hain ke
Shaban hai aur kuch kehte hain ke Ramzan hai to Rasool-Allah
‫ ﷺ‬ne farmaya tum phir tees(30) ki ginti poori karo.

Note: Imam Bayhaqi ne is hadees ko Sahih Ligairih farmaya


hai.

• Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood ؓ farmatey hain ke mayn Ramzan


ka ek Roza chhod kar usey baad mein Qaza karoon ye mujhe is
baat se zyada pasand hai ke mayn Ramzan mein us din ka izafa
karoon jo us mein nahin.

Note: Imam Bayhaqi ne is hadees ko Hasan farmaya hai.

Chaand ka size matter nahin karta:


• Abul Bakhtari bayan karte hain ke hum umrah ke liye gaye jab
hum waadi-e-Naqhlah mein pohonchay to hum ne chaand
dekhna shuru kiya. Kuch logon ne kaha ye teesri raat ka chaand
hai aur kuch logon ne kaha ye doosri raat ka chaand hai.
Raawi(narrator) kehte hain phir humari mulaqat Hazrat ibn
Abbas ؓ se huyi aur un se hum ne zikr kiya ke hum ne chaand
dekha hai aur kuch ne kaha teesri raat ka chaand hai aur kuch
ne kaha doosri raat ka chaand hai, unhoney(ibn Abbas ؓ) ne
kaha tum ne kis raat ko chaand dekha tha? Hum ne kaha
fulaan-fulaan raat ko. Unhoney kaha ke Rasool-Allah ‫ ﷺ‬ne
farmaya: Allah ta’ala ne dekhne ke liye usey badhaa diya wo
haqeeqat mein usi raat ka chaand hai jis raat tum ne usey
dekha hai.
(yaani wo pehli ramzan ka hi chaand tha). Aur Abul Bakhtari ki
ek doosri riwayat mein hai, unhoney kaha: Hum ne zaat-e irq ke
maqaam par ramzan ka chaand dekha to hum ne masla
poochne ke liye ek aadmi ko ibn Abbas ؓ ke paas bheja to
unhoney kaha, Rasool-Allahؓ‫ﷺ‬ne farmaya: Allah ‫ ﷻ‬ne chaand ki
muddat dekhne tak rakhi hai to agar tum par chaand
mushtabah(suspect) ho jaye to tees(30) din ki ginti poori karo.

Note: Imam Nawawi ne Sahih Muslim ki in ahadees


ke upar baab bandha hai ke ‘Chaand ke chhote-bade
honay ka aitbaar nahin aur jab badal hon to tees(30)
din shumaar kar lo’.

• Hazrat Abu Hurayrah ؓ se marwi hai ke Rasool-Allah ‫ ﷺ‬ne


farmaya “Qurb-e-Qayamat ki nishaniyon mein se yeh bhi hai ke
pehli raat ke chaand mote honge, pehli raat ka chaand do
raaton ke chaand ke baraabar dikhayi dega’.

Note: Sheikh Nasir al-Din Albani ne is hadees ko


‘AlSilsila Ahadees Sahihah al-Raqm 2710’ mein zikr
farmaya aur is hadees ko Sahih qaraar diya hai.
• Hazrat Anas bin Malik ؓ Rasool-Allah ‫ ﷺ‬ka yeh irshaad naql
karte hain, “Qayamat nazdeek honay ki yeh bhi nishani hai ke
pehli raat ka chaand mota dikhayi dega. Log kahenge ye to
doosri raat ka chaand hai.’

Note: Sheikh Nasir al-Din Albani ne is hadees ko


‘Sahih Jame al-Sagheer al-Raqm 5899’ mein zikr
farmaya aur is hadees ko Hasan qaraar diya hai.
