 TERMS OF PAYMENT:

 Cash/Check from any major Philippine commercial bank.

 A down payment of 50% in the amount of ₱ 260,000.00 shall be paid to SOLARÉ under
the name of ANN JEANNETTE TAN SANTOS upon signing of agreement.

 One (1) postdated check (PDC) in the amount of ₱ 260,000.00 shall be issued to
SOLARÉ upon signing of agreement under the name of ANN JEANNETTE TAN
SANTOS

 Full payment of Balance payable upon completion of installation and commissioning.

****If the PDC is returned unpaid by the drawee bank for any reason whatsoever,
SOLARÉ shall have the right to seek the immediate and full payment of client’s
remaining balance.
