Sub: Requisition letter for the copy of your report in Application Number TN-
720190512172.
I made an application to issue a legal heir certificate on May 12, 2019, as my father
was deceased on September 03, 1986, and the application got rejected due to the
objection raised by my sister named Thilakavathi, therefore you rejected the said
application with the remarks “One of the legal heir Mrs.Thilagavathi objected. And
death date of the deceased is 03/09/1986. So this case is advised go to court to get
legal heir certificate Hence it is Rejected.”
As per your given remarks, I have filed a declaration suit In the Court of Alandur
and it is been numbered O.S.No. 241 of 2019, and in which I need to file your report
as evidence. Therefore, since your report is a public document, I request you to give
us a true copy of the same within three days from the date of receipt of this
requisition letter failing which I’ll be put into irreparable hardship, in such
circumstances I may invoke legal measures to get the requested report.
