How to authenticate this official academic document from Chiang Mai University

วิธีกำรตรวจสอบควำมถูกต้องของเอกสำรสำคัญทำงกำรศึกษำจำกมหำวิทยำลัยเชียงใหม่

เอกสำรสำคัญทำงกำรศึกษำฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเฉพำะสำหรับเจ้ำของข้อมูลทำงกำรศึกษำที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสำร และ สำมำรถ

ใช้ได้โดยเจ้ำของข้อมูล หรือ ผู้ที่ได้รับเอกสำรฉบับนี้โดยตรงจำกเจ้ำของข้อมูลเท่ำนั้น ไม่อนุญำตให้ทำกำรสำเนำเอกสำรฉบับนี้
หรือส่งต่อให้กับบุคคลหรือหน่วยงำนอื่นนอกเหนือจำกผู้ได้รับเอกสำรโดยตรง ไม่อนุญำตให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลหรือเอกสำรฉบับนี้ให้กับ

หน้ำต่ำงป๊อบอัพหรือแถบแสดงสถำนะบนเอกสำรในรูปแบบแถบริบบิ้นสีน้ำเงิน และคำประกำศว่ำเอกสำรฉบับนี้ถูกรับรองโดย
สำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล มหำวิทยำลัยเชียงใหม่ (Registration Office, Chiang Mai University) โดยใช้ใบรับรองดิจิทัลที่
ได้รับกำรรับรองจำกบริษัทไทยดิจิทัลไอดี (Thai Digital ID) สำหรับบริษัท Adobe กำรตรวจสอบใบรับรองดิจิทัลของเอกสำรฉบับ
นี้ยังสำมำรถทำได้จำกกำรตรวจสอบ Signature Properties ของเอกสำร ท่ำนสำมำรถดำวน์โหลดรุน่ ล่ำสุดของโปรแแกรม Adobe

ถ้ำเอกสำรสำคัญทำงกำรศึกษำฉบับนี้ไม่แสดงใบรับรองและกำรลงนำมลำยเซ็นดิจิทัลที่ถูกต้อง กรุณำปฏิเสธเอกสำรฉบับ
