SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

attorney in–fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do any or all of the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent me/us in all stages of the proceedings in the civil case

2. To appear on my/our behalf at mediation, judicial dispute resolution,

preliminary conference, hearings, trial, and other proceedings in the said

(a) Cause and authorize the preparation and filing of all pleadings,
motions, memoranda, affidavits, offers, requests, and such other
papers and documents as may be needed in the course of the said

(b) Conclude, enter into, and execute a compromise or amicable
settlement of the said case/s or claims, under such terms and
conditions as the said attorney/s-in-fact may deem just and
reasonable, and to execute all necessary documents in relation to
the compromise or amicable settlement, including affidavits of
desistance and/or motions to dismiss;
(c) Enter into stipulations or admissions of fact, issues, and
documents;
(d) Agree to the simplification of issues or the necessity or
desirability of amendments to pleadings;
(e) Agree and submit to alternative modes of dispute resolution,
including referral to mediation, conciliation, judicial dispute
resolution, or trial by commissioners;
(f) Execute the verification, verified declaration, and/or certification
of non-forum shopping for the said action/s or proceeding/s in
accordance with the form/s required by the Supreme Court or any
other tribunal or administrative agency;
(g) Testify in any court or tribunal; and
(h)Other matters that may aid the prompt disposition of the said
action/s or proceeding/s; and

3. To sign any and all judicial pleadings, motion and other legal documents
for and in my/our behalf in relation to the afore-stated case only.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our attorney–in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might do or could
lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution, hereby ratifying
and confirming all the said attorney–in–fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
