RULES 1937:

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclosed herewith copy
of NEPRA .
It is pertinent to mentioned here that when & where construction/execution of
new feeder, Erection of poles, stringing of conductor's and shifting of HT /LT Line etc, the
cited subject rule may be follow. So as to alleviate/mitigate danger in future of mar to human
life.
I am further directed to request that issue direction to your subordinate staff to
properly manage/execute the rules/regulation as mentioned in enclosed NEPRA letter.
