ITB 4.5(b)(iv) Relevant professional practice certificate shall be required.

A Bidder shall amend the evidence of its continued eligibility with the following

i. Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the
bidder is engaged.
ii. VAT registration certificate issued by tax authority.
iii. Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Local bidder
only)

Preparation of Bids
ITB 12.1 Language of the Bid shall be English

of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the
contracts successfully completed in the course of the past consecutive Five
years from 2018 to 2022 with a budget of at least ETB 2,000,000.00
each

Enterprise. Undertake physical checking of current Bidder's technical

qualifications and competence, if necessary.
As a proof of the bidder's financial standing the following documents need
ITB 17.2(b)
to be furnished: External Auditor’s report for 2,000,000.00 (Two Million
Bir) in the last five consecutive years before this bid opening…….
Alternative Bids shall not be considered.
ITB 19.1
If alternative bids are permitted under BDS Clause 19.1 they must meet the
ITB 19.4

ITB 20.1 The Bid validity period shall be: 45 days.
A Bid security shall be required.
ITB 21.1
The amount of bid security/bond is not less than 2% of the total price. If
the amounts of a bid security exceed 500,000 ETB the bidder shall
reduce to 500,000 (five hundred thousand ETB).The type of bid security
shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Which shall
be remained valid for a period of 45 days + 28= 73
ITB 23.1 In addition to the original of the Bid, the number of copies required is: One
for each Technical , Financial offer and Bid security.
Bidders “shall be required to submit bid documents in three envelopes

Evaluation and Comparison of Bids
