GOAL

How do we cancel or edit a recurring Scheduled Process (ESS) ? We have scheduled a process so that it runs on a regular basis, we now
need to change the schedule. We also need to know how we can cancel this schedule.

SOLUTION

The list of Processes shown when examining the Overview of Scheduled Processes defaults to a 'Flat List', this list includes the first (parent)
process and all subsequent (child) processes initiated by the recurring schedule. It is not easy to find the Parent Scheduled Process in this
list.

1. It is not possible to edit the recurring schedule by selecting one of the child processes
2. You can cancel a running process, however this will not cancel any subsequent processes that are initiated by the original (parent)
schedule.

To cancel the recurring schedule or to edit the schedule you should:

1. Change the view from 'Flat List' to 'Hierarchy'
2. Search for the scheduled process
3. Select the schedule and then navigate to Actions and select 'Cancel Process' or 'Edit Schedule'
