We have improved this SMR offer by upgrading to Server 2019.

There are VXP-P2 SMR offers with larger storage capacity. These SMR offers are

Currently, within the State of California, there is a municipal code that requires video
surveillance retention for 1-year (365 Days). This code is referenced at 34090.6 &
34090.08. This code applies to City and State entities, i.e., Cities, Jails, PD, Water
Districts, Libraries, and the list goes on. The struggle we had previously is that with
such long retention rates, the storage maxed out very quickly, "even with utilizing
compression methods." In this market place, we needed to have a competitive single
box solution vs. the competition instead of having to place (2) VXP-P2 boxes into a
customer's rack. The task was to come up with a single-box solution with much more
storage capacity without having to switch to the VXE system with lower camera
counts.

Happy to share that our team has come with that exactly and has knocked it out of
the park! The sales, purchasing, and SMR teams collaborated and had the "VISION"
to make the world safer.
