 INTRODUCTION

In this modern world full of information, we know that the process of gathering data is referred
to as fact-finding. It is classified as part of a preliminary mission during gathering facts for a
subsequent full investigation. As we can see, fact-finding, for example, is intended to collect
information. During this stage, information is gathered using questionnaire form and other
research methods. They then compile all of the information into a document and deliver it to the
investigator, presumably along with proposals. Not only that, fact finding is also a method of
resolving disagreement in which an independent factfinder holds hearings and, based on the
information gathered, they will define the facts and issues of the disagreement and, on occasion,
provide suggestions for resolution. For instance, at the end of the case, fact finding is done by the
panel of judges or in the situation of a non-jury trial by the prosecutor. An officer or a committee,
local authority, or other body undergoes fact-finding in agency proceedings.

Q3: Latest updates of HFMD cases in Malaysia.

Answer: From the beginning of the year through June 11, a total of 95,924 cases were reported,
a 36-fold increase over the same period in 2021 (during the COVID-19 pandemic) of 2,654
cases. If compared with the cases for the same period in 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic)
which was 30,880 cases, it shows an increase of 3.1-fold. While the cases reported nationwide
for epidemiological week 23 alone were 13,080, a decrease of 22.9 % compared to epi week 22
which was 16,954 cases. The weekly HFMD case trend showed a decline since week 22 after the
number of cases peaked in epi week 21.

 CONCLUSION

Overall, we have learned a lot throughout this research. Though there have been many
difficulties during searching for the information, it is clear that we have completed the task that
was given to us. From this, we found out that looking for a piece of specific information required
a lot of patience and focus. Honestly, we still find the process of searching for particular
information quite interesting. We have looked at various genres, where the books are located, and
other things. As you may know, fact-finding may involve researching documents or existing
records and data, holding focus groups, interviewing witnesses, or using written surveys and
questionnaires. We must say we didn't include all of the techniques but we did learn something
new along the way. The most important part is that we have discovered new experiences and
knowledge to use daily. Hopefully, in the future, everyone will try their best to look for the
specific information they wanted.
