This research will explore how emotional intelligence plays a significant part in effective
leadership and how it affects organizational performance. Based on a thorough examination of theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, this investigation delves into the many facets of emotional intelligence and their applicability in the realm of leadership. This study will investigate the role that emotional intelligence plays in shaping leadership styles, team dynamics, and employee motivation across organizational settings. A correlational study design will be employed with mix methodology. The study will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, quantitative method will be used for data collection. A sample of 200 employees will be electronically surveyed and will be analyzed by using SPSS. While, in the second phase, phenomenological study will be conducted in which semi structured interviews will be conducted. A sample of 20 participants constituting leaders and employees will be selected. Then they will be analyzed by using thematic analysis to deduce results. This study's findings will help organizations that are working to improve their leadership training and company culture. To maximize organizational performance, it will emphasize the value of emotional intelligence training and the incorporation of such training into leadership practices.
