Objective

The Objective is to ENABLE ZTE U31 EMS SNMP FUNCTION for integration of new EMS and a Network
Assurance Requirement for CICT HT NIAP. This function will serve CICT & HT NIAP System.
This CMR is Tagged as Emergency due to CICT HT NIAP Requirement. This CMR will enable the integration
of ZTE U31 & HT NIAP (Network Intelligence and Automation Platform)

Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis

During the operation, U31 server will be unavailable for less than 5 minutes.
During this period, we cannot monitor the service. However, after U31 server
recover, we can check the active alarm in last 5 minutes to confirm whether there is
service disruption during this period.
