MEMORANDUM

The Compliance Team reiterates to all employees of Converge Information and Communications Technology
Solutions Inc., as well as its subsidiaries Metroworks ICT Construction Inc., Myriad ICT Services Inc., and its
affiliates, the importance of using the appropriate email signatures and logos that are compliant with our
prescribed standards.
This Memorandum mandates the removal of the ISO logo from all of our email signatures, sent both internally
and externally, in order to minimize the risk of violating intellectual property laws. This ensures enforcement of
compliance with our email signature and branding standards by using only the appropriate company logos.

Effective immediately, everyone is mandated to update their email signatures using the following templates for
Converge and Metroworks:

Color: Black
