1.2 All personal information provided by the applicants for the enrollment process should be accurate. Our company will
contact parents and students by the phone numbers provided by applicants via phone calls, WhatsApp messages or e-
mail. All receipts will be sent to parents or students after confirmation of payment to the whatsapp or email address
provided. Please check and receive receipts carefully.

1.3 Photos, videos or sound recordings of students may be taken during lessons. Our company reserves the rights to use
the photos, videos and/or sound recordings of students of their work or classes for record and/or promotional purposes
without further notice. After the enrollment process, applicants will be deemed to be accepted the use mentioned above. If
you want to be exempted from it, please inform our company by email to info@learnsmarteducation.com

1.4 In case of any dispute, our company reserves all the rights of any final decision.

2. Payment

2.1 The payment of all the courses should be paid in advanced. Tuition fee is non-refundable nor transferable. Payment
details are shown as below:

Method 1：By Cash

Applicants can come to our North Point and Prince Edward Centre to make the payment.

Wan Chai Address: 6th Floor Chung Pont Commercial Building 300 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai
Prince Edward Address: 5th Floor Central Commercial Tower 736 Nathan Road, Prince Edward

Method 2 : By Cheques
Please make cheques payable to "Learn Smart Education Centre Limited".
(At the back of the cheques, please write down the student’s name and the invoice number issued by our company.)

2.2 Date of payment for regular course(s): Except for particular courses stated, the tuition fee of the next stage should be
settled before the last lesson of current stage.

2.3 Under any circumstances, the tuition fee for an absent class will not be refunded in any forms, including full refund,
proportional refund, payment of the current and/or other courses or transferal to other students.

3. Face-to-face Courses

3.1 To ensure an effective learning environment, students must avoid using their mobile phones during the lessons and
are required to switch their mobile phones to silent mode.

3.2 Students must keep the school environment clean, and it is strictly forbidden to defile any facilities of the centre.
Students are prohibited to eat or drink except water in the centre.

3.3 Personal belongings must be carefully managed by students themselves. Our school will not be responsible for any
loss of personal property.

3.4 Photography, voice and video recording are strictly prohibited except with prior permission. In addition, unauthorized
sharing of learning material (including websites, links and notes) is strictly prohibited. In case of any dispute, our company
reserves all the rights of any final decision.

4. Online Course

4.1 Our online course kit sets are not for external sale. All materials are only eligible for students registered for our online
science courses.

5. Arrangement for make-up lessons

5.1 In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8, Rainstorm Black Warning or any government announcement, all face-to-face classes
will be cancelled. Make up lesson will be in video or online form according to particular teachers.

5.2 Under any circumstances, the tuition fee for an absent class will not be refunded in any forms, including full refund,
