The undersigned complainant accuses, JUNPIT PAGASIAN, boat captain/operator, 30 years old, single,
DOB: April 20, 1993, and a resident of Brgy. Caticugan, Siquijor, Siquijor, who actually engaged in actual
illegal fishing operation in the municipal seawaters of Siqujor, Siquijor with GPS position Lat 09.22160° N,
Long 123.48374°E within more or less 50 meters off from the shoreline of Brgy. Caticugan, Siquijor,
Siquijor violating the Section 86 of RA 8550 as amended by RA 10654 (Unauthorized Fishing)
committed on or about 9:22 AM of July 15, 2023. Supported by the following evidences, to wit;
