Based on the article, three advantages of organizing the information in a library perspectives are:

1. Information can be used easily. By organizing the information using cataloguing that involves from
creating a description of the physical item to creating call numbers to identify and retrieve particular
item easier.

2. Organizing information have expanded the reach of internet information retrieval systems and the
information is now virtually accessible to anyone with the equipment they need because of the
internet and World Wide Web.

3. It led to an emergence of digital libraries and information services that can be accessed online via
a web interface.

3 main findings from the article are:

1. The roles of an information retrieval systems.

2. The context of information organisation in several institutions.

3. Various information retrieval tools and the different models used in information retrieval process.
