English Fair - Parents Guiding Experience

This experience was about welcoming and guiding parents from school to the English fair
they’re kids were being part of, according to the respective class to which they were headed.
8th, 9th and 10th grade were located in the covered playing field, while 7th grade was located
in the active pause.
8 of us 3rd BACH students were divided in groups of two and located in different areas of the
school, so that we could welcome and guide the parents in the right way. Many of them
already knew how to find their way, but there were certainly some that were a bit lost, so we
offered help to them, and took some pictures as evidence for our CAS portfolio, with their
consentment of course.
Additionally, some of us were able to at least listen to one or two presentations from the
English fair and answer questions or quizzes based on the speech of each participant and
learn something new.
Overall, it was a nice and interesting experience that gave me more knowledge on how to
interact with parents and it made me learn a little about Trivia and Ireland.
