    TASK

    You are required to form a group of FIVE students and review TWO (2) cases from the
    following topics. The review must contain issues of the case, authorities (law and cases),
    application and conclusion.

    TOPIC FOR EVERY GROUP

    1) [Group 1 & 2]: Defence of mistake

    2) [Group 3 & 4]: Defence of accident

    3) [Group 5 & 6]: Defence of infancy

    4) [Group 7 & 8]: Defence of insanity


    NOTES TO STUDENTS

    i) You must submit the complete work in PDF file through the Online Learning.
    ii) Submission due date: 20 JANUARY 2023 by 11.59 pm.             
    Ensure that you submit the complete work by the due date and time specified. Omission or
    failure to submit the assignment by the due date and time due to any reason including the
    technical reason of printing will not be accepted. It will result a zero mark.
    iii) Please do not involve in plagiarising. If you are caught plagiarising, your grade will be
