COMMENTS ON THE TEST FOR YEAR 3

(GROUP : SYAKIR MAT RANI, AIMAN AFIQAH RAUBEL, MUHAMMAD AZIM

SAHABUDDIN, WAN NUR AMALINA WAN MANSOR) – PISMP 6.08

1. The cover page of the test is not complete. The cover should have the total

marks of the test.

2. The sequence of the questions should follow the order of the pupils’ level of

proficiency. This is because the tests should be in easy form first then

intermediate and lastly is the difficult level.

3. Each questions should have marks at the bottom of the questions.

4. Some of the questions suits the pupils from Year 3 level but some are too

easy and too difficult for the pupils to analyse and answer it correctly.

5. The questions such as the comprehension questions are not reliable because

there is no name of the sender of the letter at the bottom of the letter.

Therefore, one of the questions that asked about the sender cannot be

answered.

6. The test is according to the bending system but still some contents of the

tests do not suits the pupils’ as it was taken from the text book itself. The

pupils will be able to answer the questions but they will have the difficulties in

answering it because of no prior knowledge about the questions.

7. The grammar in the test also is incorrect and needs to be corrected.

8. The questions should be more specific and detailed with information.

9. The test should take into considerations about the time constraints because

some of the questions are difficult for Year 3 level of proficiency.

10. Last but not least, the test needs to be arranged accordingly but the topics are

acceptable to not be arranged accordingly.
