    LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

    To whom it may concern,

    I hereby authorize Arnold S. Almeria, my father to act on my behalf to receive my passport from
    January 5, 2022 to January 15, 2022 which was processed back on Dec, 27 2021. I am currently studying
    in Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific which is located in Mariveles, Bataan. I will not be able to
    attend to my affairs in General Santos City since I am a cadet in the said academy and is held by their
    regulations which does not permit one to leave the academy unless with proper authority.
