BATTLE OF ALL QUEENS

UPPER HINAPLANON 2022

The 1Bots Production and Sangguniang Kabataan of Upper Hinaplanon, Iligan City, Lanao del
Norte will finally conduct an activity amidst this pandemic to celebrate gender inclusivity.
Presenting to you the Queen of Upper Hinaplanon 2022.

We are on the quest to look for another crown keeper and the ambassadress of the advocacy
campaign. It also promotes equality of rights in the society and community. Through this platform,
it enables young individuals and the LGBTQ members of the community to engage in promoting a
sound and healthy community for everyone.

GUIDELINES

1. Open to all gays and transwomen. With or without experience in pageantry.

2. No age limit, open to all ages.
3. Aspirants must accomplish the application form and must attach their birth certificate and
a photocopy of their vaccination card.

THE SCREENING PROCESS

● The aspirants must attend the screening process of the competition on JULY 09, 2022, 1:00
PM at the 1bots Restobar, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte. Cut-off time is 4:30 PM. No forms to
be released beyond the specified cut-off time.
● DRESSCODE: Casual/ Cocktail attire, heels, and light makeup.
● They will be asked at least 5 QUESTIONS excluding follow up queries. (TOPIC SCOPE: social
issues, recent scenarios, advocacy and health related concerns and current affairs )
● They will be judged accordingly by their performance, 50 %- content, relevance and
delivery of the answer, and 50%- on the impression they make.
● The Top 20 aspirants with the highest obtained score will advance to the next round of the
competition and will be the official candidates of the pageant.
● If any of the TOP 10 aspirants will waive their participation to the pageant, the next in rank
aspirant/s will take over their place or the organizer have the right to select replacement.
● Announcement of the TOP 20 will happen right after.

PAGEANT PROPER
● Candidates must attend all the preliminary activities of the pageant including photoshoots,
practices, etc.
 ● The coronation night will be on AUGUST 4, 2022, 7 PM at the Purok 6 - Bliss, Brgy. Upper
Hinaplanon Gymnasium, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte.
● The candidates must prepare for the following exposures:

● Sexy Fantasy (No specific color depending on the handlers and/or the candidates
● Opening Speech
● Production Number (wearing gold cocktail)
● Cocktail Attire
● One-piece Swimwear (Black/ provided by the organizer)
● Evening Long Gown (for the Top 10, White/Silver, Top 5 will change gown sponsored
by the organizer)

● Candidates will be judge per exposures accordingly:

● Opening Speech (20 points)
● Deportment Award (15 points)
● Sexy Fantasy (20 points)
● Production Number (10 points)
● Cocktail (15 points)
● Swimwear (20 points)
*candidates will be scored with the highest maximum point and the lowest will be half of the
score per exposure. (Example: Opening speech- highest score=20, lowest score= 10).
● The candidates with the highest obtained running average score from their exposures will
advance to the semi- final round of the competition.
● SEMI- FINAL ROUND (TOP 10). They will advance to the following exposures and will be
scored accordingly.
● Long Gown 50 points- on the overall impression they make with the long gown.
● Extemporaneous Speech 50 points - content, relevance and delivery of the answer.
● The top five (5) candidates with the highest obtained points will advance to the final
round.
● FINAL ROUND (TOP 5). The final round will be judge accordingly and the scores obtained will
determine the winners of the competition,

- Queen of Upper Hinaplanon 2022 (Php 10,000.00)
- First Queen (Php 5,000.00)
- Second Queen (Php 4,000.00)
- Third Queen (Php 3,000.00)
- Fourth Queen (Php 2,000.00)
 - Semi- Finalists’ Awards (Php 1,000.00)
- Consolation Award (Php 500.00)
● Should in case there will be changes on the above stipulated guidelines by the organizing
committee, candidates will be informed ahead of time. Announcement will be made on
the official Messenger group chat of the pageant.
● Disobedience to the above stipulated guidelines will cause the candidate for a deduction
of two (2) points from their overall score.

JUDGING PROCESS
● There will be 11 judges (one chairman, 10 members) for the said pageant.
● The candidates will be judged according to their overall impression on the stage.
● The candidate/s with the highest average score from all the judges will be proclaimed as
the winner or will be moved to the next round of the competition.
● Should incase of having tie scores, if the situation will not be resolved by a unanimous votes
from the judges, the committee chairman of the pageant will break the tie.
