Appointment of Filipino Club Officers for S.Y 2022-2023
July 29, 2022

I. Narrative

SAMFIL Club is a school organization whose purpose is to train the students to become a better
citizens in the future and to develop students skills and abilities in achieving quality education and
academic excellence through cooperative works and developmental trainings.

The SAMFIL Club officers this S.Y 2022-2023 was selected and appointed through Filipino
Department Teachers based on their capacity and capabilities inside the classroom. The Filipino
Department surely elected the students with full potential in handling, organizing and conducting
programs and events.

Parents of the chosen Club Officer were informed and signed consent of allowing their child to be a
part of the SAMFIL Club. The files were collected and safe keeping by the SAMFIL Advisers.

Also after the selection and appointment of SAMFIL Club Officers, the previous club adviser S.Y
2021-2022, Mrs. Agnes I. Dumapit from Grade 10 Filipino passed the duties and responsibilities to
the new club adviser for S.Y 2022-2023, Mr. Mark John M. Isidoro from Grade 9 Filipino to handle
the Filipino Club.

The Oath taking of Newly Selected Filipino Club Officers and Passing of the Filipino Club was
conducted last August 2022 in the celebration of Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2022.
