2 Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen! After
months of swayed anticipation, finally this is
happening. Coming to you Live from Cabaruan
Festival Grounds Barangay Cabaruan, City of
Cauayan, Province of Isabela, presented to you
by the Barangay Government Unit of Cabaruan
in partnership with Sir John Creative Events and
Management, bring you the spirit of bountiful
celebration of the Panagyaman Festival! Please
stand as we invoke and indulge ourselves in the
presence of our Dear Lord through an invocation
and pay homage to our patriotic fervor through
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem
and the Cauayan City Hymn through this Audio-
Visual Presentation.

magnificent pageant in the progressive barangay
of Cabaruan.

again! Tonight witness, as these 10 dazzling
candidates present their very best and vie for the
covetous crowns right here at this stage. As the
evening fills with sheer excitement, we will
soon find out who will be the worthy title holder
of this year’s version of Panagyaman Festival.

9 Truly that this is the most awaited fiesta not only
here in the city but also in whole landscape of
Isabela for its setting the high standard every now

celebration tonight, for we have prepared many
things in this event and the united Barangay
Council of Cabaruan who have enormously
extended their more than a hundred percent
efforts to make this year’s Panagyaman Festival
live up to the expectation.
14 Cabaruan is truly blessed to have given the
chance to celebrate this magnificently
remarkable event in the Innovative City of the
North, our beloved Cauayan City, and will carve
stories of triumph amidst adversities as what
this festival aims!
15 Our spectators have their own bets on who will
win this prestigious pageant. I’ve observed that
our candidates looked more than astonishing
especially on their production number.
16 Well, looking at our 10 stunning candidates
here, I’d say it will definitely be a tough
competition for they are in their fighting form.
So good luck to our respectable members of the
jury who will be responsible in choosing the
deserving lady by the end of this pageant.

As we all know, Binibining Cabaruan 2023
celebrates beauty beyond limits. That’s why we
know for a fact that each Purok in our Barangay
Cabaruan never fail to choose and to prepare
their best representatives for this pageant.
And we should not forget that behind the
success of this year’s panagyaman festival is
because of the very hands on Director General
of this years fiesta, YRRAH JEAN PINEDA

The competition has just commenced and we

know our audience are excited to see once more

25 Our candidates have changed from typical ladies
to cordial models of this show. They have now
walked this stage with flair and style. The
enriching activities and experiences have helped
them so much to develop their outer and inner
persona.
26 I am sure that the candidates had each treasured
moment through our pre activities and that these
experiences enhanced their personalities. Besides,
these activities will retain in the minds of our
candidates as another remarkable experience for
them. For that, I would like to say that we are
