*Parties

This VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated March 06, 2023, is made by and
between D'ELIA AIDAN JONATHAN (“Purchaser”) and [Andre Melton] of ABM Motors and
Services LLC Dealers (“Seller”).
In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants in this Agreement, the
Parties agree to the Purchase of Goods and the Terms and Conditions as set forth
below.

*Purchase of Goods

The Purchaser shall purchase from the Seller, and the Seller shall sell, transfer, and
deliver, a vehicle described as 2019 Mercedes S560 with a mileage of 19,000 mpg
("Vehicle"), on September 06, 2023.

*Terms and Conditions

* VEHICLE
The Purchaser shall purchase a second-hand 2019 Mercedes S560 manufactured
in the United States. The Vehicle has a mileage of 19,000 upon purchase.

*PURCHASE PRICE

The Purchaser agrees to pay the total purchase price of $8000,00 for the Vehicle.

*PAYMENT

The Seller shall send an invoice to the Purchaser before the shipment of the Vehicle.
Buyers pays $800,00 advance upon receipt of Proforma Invoice and pays the
remaining balance of $7200,00 on monthly basis ($259/$300) by PAYPAL
CASHAPP, ZELLE or T/T BANK TRANSFER.

*RISK OF LOSS
The Purchaser agrees that the Seller shall be liable for any damage or loss from the time of
delivery.
Once the Purchaser receives the Vehicle, the responsibility for any loss shall be transferred
to the Purchaser.

*INSPECTION
The Purchaser shall inspect the Vehicle upon receiving it. If the Vehicle
does not conform to the promised and requested specifications, the
Purchaser shall notify the Seller within seven (7) business days and give
reasonable opportunity to correct the nonconformance.

*CANCELLATION
The Seller may cancel this transaction if the Purchaser is deemed to
be incapable of paying the total purchase price or upon a faulty
prospect or payment method.

*REFUNDS

In-case of cancellation or dispute after payments, we do offer a maximum of 2 to 3 business

days for refund. Some refunds are 100% depending on the trade-

*APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the state laws of Georgia.
