    Micro-credential in Organisational Behaviour Assignment 2 (20%)

    There are three (3) types of personality traits in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator categories: INTJ, ESTJ,
    and ENTP. Explain your experiences (explain TWO (2) points) in dealing with personality clashes at
    work or outside work and discuss TWO (2) way of how you solve the situation.

    Questions

    The following structures will help you to organize your written report.

     1.0 Write the definition of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator categories (approx. 50 words
     2.0 Explain your experiences (explain TWO (2) points dealing with personality clashes at
    work or outside work (Suggestions of words – 200 words)
     3.0 Recommendation- Discuss TWO (2) way of how you solve the situation (approx. 50
    words)

    i) The format is as follows:

     Word count: 300 to 400 words


     Font: Times New Roman
     Font size: 12pt
     Spacing: 1.5 spacing
     Submission due date: 5 February 2023.

    ii) Do not forget to write your NAME, your STUDENT ID on the front page of your answers.

    iii) For desktop research, all references (URL) need to be listed.

    iv) You are expected to provide quality contributions, analysis and assessment of the case.
