    Dear Dean Orlain,

    Good day! We are writing to ask for your permission to let the Supreme Student Council officers
    enter the school premise on April 10, 2023, from 8:00 AM until 5 PM. The purpose of this
    request is for us to clean and design the stage and gymnasium for Intramurals Day. The holiday
    on April 10 poses a great difficulty for us since April 11 will be the Intramurals already. Thus,
    we are taking this initiative by asking for your permission to let us enter and work on the venue
    for our event.
    If you give us your approval, we promise to be responsible for our own safety. Hence, we will
    make sure to comply with your conditions. Thank you so much, Dean for the time to read and
    consider our letter. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
