    I am writing to rescind our previous request for the decertification of Daniel Wilkey PSID# 9228-4858. Our agency has a
    new Sheriff who does not wish to pursue decertification. Since the initial request many factors have changed, and Mr.
    Wilkey has been cleared of all criminal charges. We would respectfully request that the commission not pursue the
    decertification of Mr. Wilkey.
