PROCEDURE:
1. Seller sends Manifest to Buyer who signs, seals & returns it to Seller.
2. Buyer or his Representative comes to meet the Seller in Sierra Leone for TTM.

3. Seller presents the parcel to the buyer for him or his gemmologist to select the
stones they will want.
4. Buyer takes responsibility in the settlement of Government Taxes, Insurance, and
Export Licence Fee, which will enable us to get KPC, to export the Rough Diamonds
freely/legally out of Sierra Leone. And all expenses incurred by the buyer in Sierra
Leone will be fully reimbursed to the buyer upon payment for the goods after the
final valuation at buyer’s destination in the presence of our representative for
transparency sake.

5. Seller‘s representative will accompany the diamonds to Buyer’s destination country

to witness final valuation of the Stones by Buyer’s Gemmologists.
6. After verification of the Stones, Buyer will deduct all expenses incurred in Sierra
Leone and T/T Transfer via bank wire the payment for the parcel within 72 hours
into the Seller’s nominated account, before the ownership of the Rough Diamonds
can be formally transferred to the Buyer.

BREAK DOWN OF GOVERNMENT TAXES BELOW

a. 3% Export Tax.
b. 1% National Revenue Authority (N R A).
c. 1 % Insurance.

NOTE : Price on the manifest are negotiable, and all negotiation will be done on a round table
here in Sierra Leone, and the price we get from the meeting will be the price that will be on
the commercial invoice.
