TRAVEL DATES: 26th, & 30th October, 2022.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Household listing for ICHDs Evaluation in select districts had commenced on 26 th September,
2022. This trip was intended to provide IT Support and supervision, for all teams. The objective of
the trip was achieved.

26th September, 2022  Delivered Physical maps to Kayunga teams

27th September, 2022
 Updated team 13Avenza maps. Their map was not working and needed to
be updated for them to mark their boundaries.
 Delivered accountability forms and working IDs to the 5 teams.
 Guided the teams on how to traverse around the EA boundary using Avenza.
 Went to review 4 EAs (Okouba,Kobaale B, Aputiputi A, and Komuge A)
that were incomplete to be able to draw the required strategy on
completing Kobaale A and Komuge A and be able to start on a new EA
the following day .
 Ensured all teams had updated their SurveyCTO to the latest version. This
I achieved by calling each team leader to be sure they had the right version
 Worked on Team 14 queries of failure to upload data to server and
 successfully sent the data immediately.
.
 Engaged other team leaders in Kayunga and Rakai for supervisory support
on phone.
28th September, 2022  Went to Bukedea District headquarters and received contacts for EPI focal
persons that will be taking part in the Key Informant Interviews
 I was also able to Support team 15 in Kidongole B EA to ensure they marked
their boundaries well,
 I virtually supported team 14 in Bukedea with their tablet that had failed to
upload data and succeeded with the team leader.

 Went to team 15 and 13 in their Kachumbala EAs to ensure they were listing
all the structures in the EA.
 Travelled back to Kampala from Bukedea.
