install 4.7uf film capacitors install dropping resistor to heatsink.

and fixed voltage resistors (1k and 249 ohm) install 3 amp diodes.

these set the voltage to 6.3v (+/- 5%) note the polarity band
use t0-220 mounting kit.

you may use TO-220 type
