duration of your internship will start on July 17, 2023 in which during your internship, you will be under
the supervision of the clinical psychologist for which you will be required to submit a copy of your case
studies, psychological reports, and progress notes taken from therapy sessions.

The Shelter From the Storm has the right to terminate the internship without prior notice when you are
found incompliant with the terms and conditions mentioned in the attached memorandum of agreement for
breaching confidentiality or not following the rules and regulations set by the organization.

SHELTER FROM THE STORM

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The Shelter From The Storm (SFTS) is a facility that is committed to providing psycho-spiritual Christ-
centered mental health services to individuals and communities. The internship program at the facility is
focused on ensuring that the student will be a capable provider of psychological services. The student is
expected to acquire the proper attitude, knowledge, and skills for providing mental health awareness,
treatment, and care by being exposed to psychological services. A licensed psychologist oversees this
internship program to ensure student learning.

Job Description

The student's internship work assignment is fully described in this section, and the on-site supervisor will
refer back to it to evaluate the student's performance during the internship at its conclusion. The form is the
Memorandum of Agreement that the intern must comply with.
