    (Family Problem/Feud) Student wasn’t able to go to school and comply to her outputs due
    to family problem and doesn’t go home anymore to her Parent’s house. Student now lives
    with her boyfriend.

    Family wasn’t able get the chance to reach their daughter.

    Documentation: (Screenshot of Phone call) Gave enough time to wait for the student
    to response but the family didn’t get any chance to talk to her daughter, so the father
    decided to let her daughter stop.
