Accidents Conduct Emergency Reception Hours

Please report all accidents & incidents so
that we can take the necessary action.

Boots
Please remove ski boots, tramping
boots or dirty footwear before entering
any buildings.
To ensure all guests have a pleasant
stay we expect common sense and
consideration at all times, this includes
a reasonable standard of dress and
behaviour at all times. All alcohol is to
be consumed on your site or in your
unit. No noise between 10:00pm –
7:00am
In case of emergency contact reception
immediately. After hours dial 111 on
any phone – (public phone located
outside communal dining/kitchen area).
Contact the Duty Manager by using
the afterhours pager button located
outside reception. Our address is 70
Arthurs Point Road, Queenstown.
We are open from 8:00am – 8:00pm in
winter and 8:00am – 9:00pm in summer
(hours may vary).
Smoking
No smoking in any buildings, communal
areas or the playground. If smoking
outside, please dispose of your
butts in the ashtrays provided. If any

everything possible to ensure
your stay is a comfortable and
enjoyable one.
Cancellations
Reservations are only confirmed on
receipt of at least one nights deposit
per unit or site, with balance payable on
arrival. A refund will be given if your unit
or site is cancelled at least 24 hours
prior to the arrival time of 2pm on
the expected day of arrival, less a $25
administration fee. If cancelled within 24
hours of expected arrival, cancellation
fee equivalent to one night’s stay will
be applied. If an amendment results
in shortening your stay, no refund will
be made, unless more than 24 hours’
notice is given.
Courtesy Shuttle
We offer a free shuttle into town. Please
see reception for departure times and
to book your seat.
Checkout
Checkout time is 10:00am. If you wish
to stay additional nights, please see
Reception before 9:00am.
Drying Room
Talk to reception to access this.
Movie Room
Regular showing of great movies.
Pets
Pets are only allowed during certain
times of the year and only with
the express permission from the
Managers and are NOT allowed in
the accommodation or facilities.
Arrangement for bringing a pet into
the Holiday Park must be made prior
to arrival.
Security
Small items including money, passports
and jewellery can be deposited into our
safe at Reception.
evidence of smoking has occurred in
any accommodation units a $200 fine
maybe imposed.
Speed limit
The speed limit within the Park is
10kph. Please respect this limit as
pedestrians and children are always
present.
Visitors
Report to Reception on arrival and
vacate the Holiday Park by 9:00pm.
