Dear Sir/ Madam,

We, Mst. Ayesha Waryam and Malik Shahzad Ahmed Khan resident of CHAK NO 62/15. L,
POST OFFICE CHAK NO 59/15. L, TAHSIL MIAN CHANOO, DISTRICT KHANEWAL,
PUNJAB. Pakistan do solemnly affirm and declare as under.

We are writing in relation to the Immigration Applications of above-named children.

We confirm that Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed and Mrs. Riffat Shahbaz got married on 05 th December 2007,
the marriage ceremony was physically attended by both, we also attended this marriage in person.

Out of this wedlock, the couple was blessed with above three children/ The Applicants. Shahbaz is
British citizen, who used to visit his wife and children as and when possible, for him. Riffat and
children never applied for British visa in any category.

On 25th December 2022, Riffat Shahbaz died after a short illness in a hospital. Shahbaz came to
Pakistan and attended the funeral services.

The children were deeply associated with their late mother, after the death of their mother, it was
mutually decided by their father, and other family members that Shahbaz should take the children
with him in the United Kingdom.

We confirm and declare that since the death of their mother, the children are living with us in our
house located at CHAK NO 62/15. L, POST OFFICE CHAK NO 59/15. L, TAHSIL MIAN
CHANOO, DISTRICT KHANEWAL, PUNJAB. Pakistan. This is a family home where we are living
as joint family.
I am now growing older, and Shahzad my other son is busy with his own family, we can see that the
above children are suffering, and their wellbeing is compromised, their future is at stake if they are
not start living with their father. None of us can provide the level of care which their father can
provide. Their father Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed is well settled in the United Kingdom and we confirm that
Shahbaz is sending regularly money for his children.

We have provided several official letters and documents in this regard. However, we have further
enclosed letter from children/ Applicants’ schools and a letter from our local council leader
confirming the same, for your kind consideration.
I humbly request you that for the sake of wellbeing, childcare and natural justice the instant
applications of the above-named children may please be accepted, and they are allowed to live with
their father.

The contents of this affidavit are pronounced by us in Urdu language and the same is translated in
English which has been read over to us in Urdu language and we can confirm the contents of this
affidavit are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief.
