1. INTRODUCTION
Jajarich Enterprise Company was established in 2017 owned by Puan Mas Azliza Binti
Naspu. Jajarich Enterprise is located in Wakaf Che Yeh Kota Bharu Kelantan. For this case
study, I selected the Jajarich Enterprise company as the subject of analysis. It began by
selling other companies' products, such as Nilofa milk and Origina, before concentrating
solely on its own shawl, socks, and inners. Also, their latest products are perfumes and
Sambal Bilis Sedap Dooh.
This company do have several problems that they have been facing until these days which
can be pointed out as first, shortage of manpower, as they only have two employees to do
their works. Secondly, the issue that rises is their lack of promotion in marketing their
products. Therefore, this Entrepreneur subject will have us to identify their problems and
challenge us to develop a technology to minimize time and efforts for them to manufacture
their products efficiently and systematically. The workplace and the store to keep their
goods is small which become a problem for their business as well.

becoming the parent agent for the dropship under her supervision, in addition to developing
her own product, the Thara shawl. The company also provides agents for anyone who
desires to buy their products. Under Jajarich Enterprise has over 150 reseller agents.

2.2 Organizational Structure
Below are some of the main products of Jajarich Enterprise business of Thara
Signature and Jfood.hq;

1.4 Technology
Jajarich Enterprise uses technology of social medias to market their business. They use
various kinds of social medias such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and
also Tiktok. They keep on posting their content regularly to stay active on these
applications in order to attract and gain customers. Also, they want to stay relevant in
this age and generation so they will not become outdated in this business industry.
Jajarich Enterprise business, they use a range of techniques to attract clients on their
business. This company uses social media to stay in touch with and attract clients in an
age where technology plays such a significant role in connecting people such as
Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and also Shopee. For their business marketing, they will
make some daily posts on social media and use personal branding. Their content creator
will upload their content mainly on Instagram and Instagram stories to gain customers.
Also, they use the latest platform to advertise, such as the Founder personal Tiktok
account (@jaja_azliza). Furthermore, their office operation hours is from 9.30 am to 6
pm every day except Friday. Every employee is required to use the thumbprint
attendance system every time they come to work and return to work. Operation process
can be made directly and also by online.

2. COMPANY ANALYSIS
Strength Weakness
• The company is quite well known • Lack of labor as they
especially in Kelantan and already currently have only two
has its own loyal customers. employees.
• The founder uses her own capital for • Lack of marketing because
the business without any loan. this brand has high potential
than it appears presently.
• Has sophisticated equipment
provided as their department is fully
equipped with branded equipment • Small workplace and it
facilitate daily affairs. barely can fit their stocks
keeping.
Opportunity Threat
• Price wars with competitors.
• Not just focus on scarves but also
food and perfumes. • Need to always follow the
current trend to stay relevant
• Provide job opportunities and attractive.
especially for housewives to
become their agents.
Table 3. 1 shows SWOT Analysis
This problem has resulted to multiple work scopes is assigned for each of the
employee even though it is not included in their position. For example, the
admin is needed to do the marketing work while packaging of their products.
Therefore, the company need to hire more staffs that really specializes
according to their qualification such as a graphic designer to design their poster
or edit their marketing posts or videos. Thus, by having an expert in their own
department, it can boost their works performance which will become an
advantage for the company. Moreover, they can also use a machine or
technology to assist them in packaging process which can save time as well.
8
ii. Lack of marketing strategy efficiency
It seems that from my observation and research, this brand has a high potential
to become more famous and widens their target market than they already have.
This is because they mainly use their own Founder’s to promote their products
while they can use the service of social media influencers that has a lot more
followers. Thousands of influencers work with fashion firms to promote their
products to their followers, and it's a tremendously efficient marketing
strategy. Next they shall promote their products through online ads. Example
is like a YouTube Ads where people cannot skip but to view it. Plus, they can
also try to use market their product by using the Facebook platform of
“Martketplace” where many entrepreneurs market their business there. Also
they can try to put their websites QR code at public places to attract people
spontaneously.
The office area is relatively small and can bring inconvenience in future after
more staffs are hired. Plus, the store for them to keep their boxes of goods and
packages with bigger amount also seem inconvenient because it is quite small.
Therefore, it is better for the company to expand their area or move to a bigger
workplace with bigger store for the sake of their staffs’ health and the condition
of their products.
5. CONCLUSION
From this case study, the problem faced by Jajarich Enterprise that can affect their
performance of business can be identified. Therefore, after the virtual interview with
the Human Resource, Miss Aisyah Afifah we can thoroughly analyze SWOT and
analysis of the business and find the problem within operation clearly. Then, we came
out with solutions to help Jaja Enterprise to improve their employees’ performance
and also for their production. Based on the findings, it can be summarized that three
major problems which are lack of staffs, the inconvenient size of their workplace and
also lack of promotion. Therefore, they need to hire more qualified staff for required
department as soon as possible to avoid facing serious problems in the future. The next
one is for their lack of marketing strategy, they should use the service of social media
9
influencers that have a very high number of followers to promote their products and
try to use Facebook “Marketplace” to market their business. Also, the other issue is
for their supply goods packages, they need to have a bigger space to store their goods
and also to provide more conducive environment for their staffs.
Based on the problems that have been mentioned in the finding and discussion above,
we highly recommend to start using social media technology in depth. The issue of lack
of marketing is not just that they did not promote their business enough, it is about the
efficiency of their marketing strategy that may help them to boost their business image
and expand their target market. First, they can try to promote their products on
Facebook “Marketplace”. Instead of just creating a Facebook Page for their business,
they can try Marketplace as the platform is more specific and easier to use for both
sellers and buyers. Next is they can try to use online advertisement including YouTube
Ads, Instagram Ads or any other social media advertisement. Hence, people do not have
any choice but to view the advertisement directly and so it can reach to many mnew
potential buyers. Another new technology of QR code also can help to promote the
business which is by putting the QR code of the company websites in any public places
so people can see their latest season of the product easily. On top of that, they can start
to use the service of social media influencers that have more than 100k followers
namely Dahlia Rizal, Tasnim Shah and many more famous hijabista influencers. These
pretty people with wide range of followers is indeed very helpful in promoting products
especially for muslimah products like Thara Signature that mainly sells scarves. As the
result, the business may expand their target market to younger generation as well. Never
underestimate the power of social media technology because if we know how to use it
efficiently we can achieve more than we expected.
