2. I submit that myself, parents and my ancestors are all belongs to Indian
Hindu, VANNE KAPU by caste and myself also belongs to by caste VANNE KAPU
and my educational records show that my caste belongs to VANNE KAPU. Which
comes under B.C-A. Category and I am required to get O.B.C certificate and my
family annual income is Rs. 84,000/-.
3. Ifurthersubmit that this affidavit is required to submit before appropriates
Mandal Thasildar to obtain necessary VANNE KAPU O.B.C certificate, income and
Nativity certificate to me.
I will further undertake that anything is found false I will prosecute under
