I would like to submit the research paper entitled “Study & developing the Proficient Machine
Learning Techniques for Predicting Protein-Protein Interaction” by Pradeep Sharma.
The effectiveness of the PPI (CAA) model is assessed and contrasted using the H. pylori PPI
dataset and the Yeast PPI dataset. The results showed a remarkable degree of prediction accuracy, with
one encoding technique obtaining over 95% accuracy and another encoding method achieving over
98% accuracy. The model can correctly predict PPI using both encoding techniques. We believe these
findings will be of interest to the reader of your journal.
The machine learning technique used in protein-protein interaction is very relevant. We declare
that this article is original, has not been published before and is not currently being considered for
publication elsewhere.
