shows the External Factor Evaluation Matrix of opportunities and threats of the new start-up

business in the automotive industry, Peak Point. As presented, the provision of "Certificate of

Road Safety" got the highest weight result of 0.12 and a rating of 4, gaining the highest overall

weighted average of 0.48. It depicts that the company concentrated mainly on the legality of its

services and focused on it as 1 of the most prominent edge of Peak Point among its competitors. 
With both the opportunities and threats mentioned above, the organization considers various

factors while assessing the data and develops appropriate solutions to go beyond any

unnecessary hurdles a company might encounter. With said weights and ratings given to both
