    ACCUSED, through undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable


    Court, most respectfully states THAT:

    1. In the Order of the Hnorbale Court dated 06 February 2017, the above
    captioned case was DISMISSED for failure of the prosecution to prove
    the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt;

    2. That for this reason, the cash bond posted by the accused has already
    served its purpose and may now be released by this Honorable Court.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully moved and prayed of this


    Honorable Court that the cash bond posted by the accused for her provisional
    liberty be released in his favor.
