DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

AMINA “WENG” P.PATADON AND SIRIKIT B. SILONGAN, of legal age, married, Filipino,
and with residence and postal address at Purok Narra, RH3, Cotabato City, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLERS

-AND-

DIDO SAILILA AWAL, of legal age, married and with residence and postal address at Datu
Piang, Maguindanao Del Sur, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLERS are the owners of a Rice Lowland w/o Irrigation with an area of
3.4275 hectares located at Buayan, Datu Piang, Maguindanao Del Sur and covered by Tax
Declaration No. 155 with the owner indicated as BALABADAN PALAGUYAN, Cadastral Lot
No. 474, Cad-107 with boundaries at NE: Lot Nos. 503 & 475, SE: Creek, SW: Lot No. 473,
and NW: Lot No.501;

WHEREAS the SELLERS offered to sell a portion of the said parcel of land with an area of
200 square meters (two parcels of land with 100 square meters each);

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLERS have agreed to sell the
above-mentioned property for the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P
200,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P 200,000.00) Philippine Currency, should be paid to the seller and thus the
SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the
said BUYER.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Cotabato City, personally appeared,
Amina P. Patadon, Sirikit P. Silongan and Dido Sailila Awal, known to me and to me known

that the same are their free act and voluntary deed. This instrument, consisting of two (2)
pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the
left margin of each and every page thereof by the concerned parties and their witnesses,
