Let’s reflect

I have learned how important implementing school culture. Building a strong school culture helps breed
student success.

The primary goal of the school should be is to increase student learning. Improving instructional practice
among school staff

should be a key goal. Before sifting through data and fine-tuning school standards, keep in mind that
building a positive

school culture can have a significant impact on your school's success.

I realized that being a future educator, it is important to promote a positive learning environment for our
students. This is

due to the reason that students' attention and focus are increased in an engaged learning
environment, which creates

meaningful learning experiences, stimulates higher levels of student achievement, and motivates
students to practice higher-

level critical thinking abilities. Students' academic, emotional, and social performance in school is
dependent on positive,

productive learning environments. Unfortunately, positive learning environments are not formed by
themselves; they must

be created. There are numerous factors that contribute to a healthy learning environment for pupils. This
is why educators

must be fully equipped with these skills and strategies in order to provide students with the best
possible experience and

quality.

I was pleased that I have learned these strategies in order for me to become more effective and efficient
educator in the

future. I am more ready and more aware of how simple actions can create positive and negative impacts
on a student’s

learning.
I was not aware that I had no idea that being unmindful of our behaviors and words might cause
students to underperform

in class, leading to demotivation and, in the worst-case scenario, wanting to quit. Practicing mindful
awareness allows you

to improve your ability to pay attention in the present now and learn to notice what's really going on in
your classroom,

allowing you to come up with better answers to challenges you encounter.
