Hanuman Mantra: Hanuman Vandana and Stuti

Lord Hanuman is considered to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva.


Shri Hanuman is the epitome of sincere devotion and dedication,
being a great disciple of Lord Rama. Sri Hanuman is a celibate god,
who represents strength, divinity, courage and devotion. Hanuman is
worshiped by people to attain knowledge, wisdom, strength and valor.
Lord Hanuman Mantra becomes part of prayers offered to the lord.
Shri Hanuman Mantra or Mantra of God Hanuman is as
follows:
Manojavam Maruta-Tulya Vegam, 
Jitendriyam Buddhi Mataam Varishtham।
Vaata-Atmajam Vaanara Yooth
Mukhyam,
Shree Rama Dootam Sharnam Prapadye
।। 1।।
manojavaṁ mārutatulyavegaṁ
jitendriyaṁ buddhimatāṁ variṣṭha ।
vātātmajaṁ vānarayūthamukhyaṁ
śrīrāmadūtaṁ śaraṇaṁ prapadye ।
मनोजवं मारुततु ल्यवे गं, 
् मतां वरिष्ठम्।
जिते न्द्रियं बुदधि
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमु ख्यं, 
श्री रामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये ।। 1।।
Meaning: Lord Hanuman is the messenger of Lord
Rama. His pace is as rapid as the wind and as quick as
the mind. Hanuman has constrained his sense organs.
He is the most intelligent among the intelligent ones.
Hanuman is the son of Vayu (Pawan) and the chief of
the monkey tribe. We surrender ourselves to Lord
Hanuman. (1)

atulitabaladhāmaṃ hemaśailābhadehaṃ
danujavanakṛśānuṃ jñānināmagragaṇyam .
sakalaguṇanidhānaṃ vānarāṇāmadhīśaṃ
raghupatipriyabhaktaṃ vātātmajaṃ namāmi ..

अतु लितबलधामं हे मशैलाभदे हं,


दनुजवनकृशानु ं ज्ञानिनामग्रगण्यम्।
सकलगु णनिधानंवानरणामधीशं, 
रघु पतिप्रियभक्तं वातजातं नमामि: ।। 2।।
Meaning: My salutations to Lord Hanuman, is the Son
of Vayu (wind), Who is the abode of immeasurable
strength, possessing a body shining like a mountain of
gold, Who is like the fire for the forest like demons,
Who is foremost among the learned, House of all
virtues, the chief of the monkeys Rama’s beloved
devotee, I salute to the son of the wind. (2)
Yatra-Yatra Raghunath Keertanam,
Tatra-Tatra Krita Mastak-Aanjalim।
Vaashpa Vaari Paripoorna Lochanam,
Marutim Namat Rakshas-Aantakam ।। 3।।

yatra yatra raghunāthakīrtanaṃ


tatra tatra kṛtamastakāṃjalim .
bāṣpavāri paripūrṇa locanaṃ
mārutiṃ namata rākṣasāṃtakam ..

यत्र यत्र रघुनाथकीर्तनं,


तत्र तत्र कृतमस्तकांजलिम्।
वाष्पवारिपरिपूर्णलोचनं,
मारुतिम् नमत राक्षसान्तकम ।। 3।।
Meaning: My salutation to Lord Hanuman, who is
always present at a place wherever praise of Lord Rama
is sung with head bowed in veneration and with eye full
of tears. The son of wind, I salute, who is destroyer of
the demons. (3)
Chanting of this mantra with a sincere heart provides
courage and wisdom.
