INTRODUCTION

Training is a type of training given as an initial preparation upon talking up a post to


help new people get to work in it worker it often contains information dealing with the layout
of the firms operating facility, health and safety measures and security system.

Training meaning:
Training is a process of increasing knowledge and skills for doing particular job (or)
work.

Methods of training:
• On the job training
• Off the job training

On the job training:


In this method the trainee is placed on a regular job and thought the skills necessary of
performs it the trainee learns under the guidance and supervision of the superior on an instructor
the trainee learns by observing and traveling the job.
(EX) coaching, job rotation, committee assigned.

Off the job training:


Under the method the trainee learns outside the job and devotes whole time on learning.

Internship training:
It is a joint program of training in which institutions and business firms cooperate
selected candidates carry on regular (or) office to acquire practical knowledge and skills.

Objectives of institutional training:


• To know about the particular approach of the company.
• To know about the aim of the company.
• To know about the service render to the society.
• To know gain knowledge about the manufacturing of products.
• To understand the organization structure of the company.
• To know about the method of marketing.
• To know the function of the organization.
• To gain the practical knowledge a part from the activities.
• To know about the quality control function of the organization.

Institutional training:
Training is for the college students to bridge the gap between campus and company. The
training which enables then students to be knowledgeable.
PROFILE OF THE COMPANY

The dairy sector in the India has shown remarkable development in the past decade and
India has now become one of the largest producers of milk products in the world. The dairy
sector has developed through co-operatives in many parts of the state. During 1997-98, the state
had 60 milk processing plants with an aggregate processing capacity of 5.8 million liters per
day. In addition to these processing plants, 123 government and 33 co-operatives milk chilling
centers operate in the state.
With the increase in milk production. Maharashtra now regularty exports milk to
neighboring states. It has also initiated a free school feeding scheme, benefiting more than three
million school children from over 19,000 schools all over the state.

PURCHASE DEPARTMENT:
The purchase department takes a very important role in an organization.
The purchasing is the most important function of an organization.
Purchasing has very effective vital factor concerning the cost efficiency and the quality of
goods.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:
Production department is the very most important department of an organization.
Production is the process of effective planning and regulating the operation of a selection of
enterprise which is responsible for actual transformation of input material in to finished products.
The production department is life blood of the organization, since many process and large
numbers of employees involved the efficiency and effectiveness of the department reflects the
growth of the organization.

STORAGE DEPARTMENT:
The tested and purity milk is stored in separate tank. The tank capacity is 50000 liters.

SALES DEPARTMENT:
Every day the sales of the milk is 2000 it sometimes it increase above 2000 liters. The
company distributes the milk to stores, teashops and the dealers. Advertisements is given by the
company in theni.
Sales promotion methods aim to capture the market and increase the sales volume. It is
the important in marketing to lubricate the marketing effort now a days sales promotion is a
necessary tool for boost sales.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT:
Marketing is the process by which companies determined which kind of products are
interested to the customers and the strategy to use sales communication and business
development.
Marketing is used to identify the customers satisfaction. Marketing management is one of
the major components of business management. Marketing evolved to meet the development the
new markets cost by mature markets and over capacity in last centuries.
The term marketing concept holds that achieving organization goals depends on knowing
the needs and wants of the customers. Marketing means the additional benefits offering to
customers after purchasing the goods or services.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT:
• Budget appropriation of accounts, re-preparations, surrender and savings.
• Control of expenditure and ways and means of position.
• Audit treasury of administration of taxes i.e. sales tax entertainment tax, luxury tax and
entry tax etc…
• Service condition including freedom fighters pensions.
• Resource mobilization through loans, instructional finance, small saving credit and
investment and public dept financial concurrence and advice preparation.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:


Human resource management is on important to the efficient working any business
enterprise if all types of functional management. Such as production management, financial
management and sales management etc.
Its important that you understand these service terms, but don’t get too sidetracked by the
names when interviewing potential outsourcing firms.
The key to hiring the right outsourcing firm is knowing what services your company
needs and then find an outsourcing firm that can provide them.
LEARNING & OBSERVATION

It is a purchase primary and vital function of any organization.


I learned production department are the raw material used and process of primary process
to finished process.
I learned storage department the system of boiling, chilling, homogenization, packing.
I learned from sales department those are functions in sales department and what are the
promotion advertisement
I learned marketing department is market process of adverting, sales promotion, direct
marketing, public relation. Etc
I learned finance department from budget preparation, expenditure control, loans from
financial institution.
I learning what are the functions are made from human resource department such
recruitment, selection, staffing and controlling.
CONCLUSION

This training is very useful for me, it will help me for my further studies, I have gained learned a
lot of ideas and things about the management as a B. Com CA students this training makes me
good and it will be useful for my carrier. It is a wonderful experience and miracle experience for
me. In this training have enjoyed and learned a lot of things.
