Be it ordained by the sanggunlang Panlungsod of Naga,

that:
SECTION 1. - The portions of General Luna and Ellas Angeles
Streets surrounding Pfaza RizaI specifically identified
in the attached plan, are hereby temporarily withdrawn from
pubfic servitude, and the NDC Manaqement Event is hereby
granted a permit to hold a Trade Fair thereon from August 15
to Septemlcer 30, 2018, subject to the foflowing terms and
conditions:
1 That the period of the Trade Eair shall be from August
15 to September 3A, 2018, provided that the payment
of tax and fees thereof shall be paid on ol before
Auqust 1, 2 018;
2 The cleanliness, ordelliness and peace and order in
the area shall be maintained during the entire event
to preserve the sanctity of Plaza Rizal;
3. That no pirated products shaLf be sold;
Sleeping and cooking in area are strictfy prohibited;
5 No statls shaII be installed six (6) meters away flom
any corner of st reet;
6. That no sta1l shall occupy the sider,,alks sulrounding

7. That all stafls shall be facing Plaza Rizali

8. That this permit shall be revoked for any violation
