Access to the Operations Support System (is granted subject to standing Network Security Policies and Procedures which the user should
avail him / herself to as well as agree to the following Conditions of Use before signing this application.

MTN Policy requires that you observe the following Conditions of Use:

1. Under NO circumstances should you attempt to access the OSS system using any username other than
that provided to you by the OSS Administrator.
2. Under NO circumstances should you allow any other persons to access the OSS system using your
username.
3. Under NO circumstances should you disclose your passwords to any other persons.
4. You should change your password immediately should you suspect another person has gained access to
it.
5. You are required to change your OSS password every 90 days, failing which the system will enforce a
password change.
6. Under NO circumstances should you attempt to exploit any system weaknesses. You should not test or
attempt to compromise any system security measures.
7. You should not perform any functions on the system beyond the scope of your job function.
8. You should inform the OSS Administrator or the MTN Security Administrator should you be aware of
anyone who breaches these conditions of use.
9. Your OSS account will be removed after 30 days of inactivity.

Failure to comply with the conditions of use may expose the MTN cellular network to the unacceptable OSS of data, confidentiality
or availability. Any breach of the above will be considered by MTN as a serious misconduct. MTN Group Executives may suspend
the account of any person or take the appropriate action deemed necessary if any of these conditions are breached.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions in this document with regard to the use of my account on the MTN GSM
OSS and agree to abide by them.
