Sir,

Sub : Complaint against Mr. Kancharla Sita Rama Rao and his daughter Ms. Sudha for
their trespass and illegal encroachment of my property bearing Municipal House No.
8-2-674/B/2/6/A on Plot No. 129/75/D3 to an extent of land 336 square metres or 401
square yards situated at Road No. 13, Banjara Hills, falls in T.S. No. 3/1/1, Block–S,
Ward No. 11 – Reg.

That through this letter I would like to give my complaint against Mr.
Kancharla Sita Rama Rao and his daughter Ms. Sudha, who are trying to
encroachment my above mentioned property by submitting fake and
fraudulent documents in the name of Mr. Kancharla Sita Rama Rao, and
intended to claim my property through G.O.Ms.No. 59, with the help of
antisocial elements.

I would also like to inform you that, Mr. Kancharla Sita Rama Rao, some time back
without my knowledge trespassed into my property and also erected a temporary blue
sheet shed in my property and also propagating that, he is the absolute owner of the
same and within no time he will get an approval from your good office, by the way
through G.O.Ms.No. 59, declaring himself as an absolute owner.

I would further like to inform you that, Mr. Kancharla Sita Rama Rao, threatening me
with the dire consequences to file SC/ST Atrocity cases against me, so that he can
instigate the Nearby Harijans of Ambedkar Colony to occupy my property and construct
small houses, so that I could not enter in my own property.

I kindly request you to please reject the application of Mr. Kancharla Sita Rama Rao, as
my property is absolutely private property purchased by me forty one years back
through a registered sale deed and the G.O.Ms.No. 59, is only applicable to the
government land and also applicant has to fulfill lot many conditions and submit many
documentary evidences to prove his ownership over the claimed property.
